Target: Our Local Member Of Parliament
Background (Preamble):
Too many people have been bashed, stabbed, bullied, vandalised and even killed in our area and ENOUGH is ENOUGH.
As a community we are strong, we can prove people power actually works. Just look at communities like Bathurst and Orange. These communities stood up for themselves, received extra policing in the area and crime rates dropped by approximately 67%.
WE CAN DO IT TOO.
BUT....We need your support to make this work.
We are asking people to show they have had enough by signing this petition and passing it on to as many people as they can.
Come join us in our RALLY FOR OUR SAFETY on March 28th at the Cudgen Leagues Football Ground, Kingscliff, and we can all show what a strong community we are.

We are petitioning against anti social and unlawful acts that are affecting social cohesion and breeding fear and mistrust in local communities.
We will ask the Legislative Assembly to:
Increase front line staffing levels of police in our Local Area Command;
Provide high profile policing in our area to ensure adequate response times;
Provide and increase funding for youth initiatives.
