By signing this petition I am formally asking The City of Delaware, Ohio to remove the railroad tracks inside city limits. This petition will serve as the City's first formal documentation of the public's desire to remove railroad tracks within city limits.

This petition asks that City Council of Delaware, Ohio begin holding public forums to discuss and forumulate a plan regarding the removal of all railroad tracks.
