With the imminent passage of Bill 14 in Quebec, democracy is being legislated away along with our fundamental rights and freedoms. And there seems to be no way to stop it. UNLESS we do something that makes international headlines and draws the spotlight to us.
Imagine 10,000 Quebecers/Canadians applying for asylum to the United States - you can't buy optics like that.

Whereas the province of Quebec and the Federation of Canada can no longer guarantee the fundamental human rights of ALL its citizens, and because the anti-democratic laws in place in Quebec are discriminatory, harmful and causing prolonged societal strife and damage to our communities, our families and our person, we, the undersigned are formally requesting refugee status and asylum be granted us, by the United States government.
