Background (Preamble):
It is apparent that the literacy rate in our country has been getting worse yearly since they took Phonics and English Comprehension out of our Elementary Schools. It is time to bring it back.
Petition:
We the undersigned agree that the Educational System has taken a large step backwards by removing PHONICS and ENGLISH COMPREHENSION from the Elementary School System and we want it brought back.
