The Task: To petition local state authorities in every state to discontinue vaporizer bans in every single county so more people can use vapes.
The problem: Smokes are highly addictive and are filled with substances that are dangerous and many smokers stop smoking with the use of e-cigs, and due to the large grey area revolving around whether or not someone can vape, a lot of people avoid using e-cigarettes.
Nearly all U.S. states no longer have statewide bans on vapors, but North Dakota, New Jersey, and Utah still have tough bans and require vapor users to pay fines if they use them in public areas. For electronic cigarette users, the fact there are no laws prohibiting the use of vaporizers in many states seems superb, however, regardless of what state laws are each county can act and apply their bans and it’s not always easy to know if public vaping is okay or not.
We have a plan to put an end to these laws.
The Solution: If we put intense pressure on local governments about their current public vaping laws, we can hopefully help more people switch from smoking to vaping as a healthier alternative, and not only for the personal, but also for the environment.
