On Sept. 12, 2011, bodybuilder Milan Rysa, threw his Sharpei puppy, Brooklyn, out of a window to his death in Astoria Queens.
Neighbors claim Brooklyn had been regularly abused and mistreated by Rysa. The maximum penalty he can be charged with carries a two year jail sentence. It is likely that he will try to minimize this charge by claiming steroid use made him behave violently.
We, the undersigned, urge that Milan Rysa, be charged to the fullest extent of the law for wantonly killing his Sharpei puppy, Brooklyn, by hurling him out out of a window. From all accounts, Rysa regularly abused and mistreated the puppy. This last vicious act was just a culmination of Brooklyn's sad life.
The only thing left for Brooklyn now is justice and we ask that Rysa serve maximum jail time for what he did. It is likely he will be using steroids as a reason for his violence. We are tired of excuses for animal cruelty; nothing can justify this innocent puppy's death.
