Protect Underage youth from moral corruption

As parents, educators, law enforcement and representatives of this community we are calling for the change in the Special Use Permit that allows these functions to include minors.

We are calling on those who regulate these establishments to change any existing law/loophole that exists in allowing minors to participate at any event that encourages alcohol, drugs, inappropriate dress (suggesting sex, gangs,). Specifically we call for the oversight of The Underground, King Skate.
