Lester Tate has already brought to the public's attention and resigned his position as head of the Georgia Judicial Committee due to lack of ability to discipline Judges.
As a victim of the Justice system in Hall County, Georgia, I have discovered mass incarceration of the mentally ill and non violent offenders. A conflict of interest exists in that Hall County owns probation and Jail, and has made this a revenue producing business, and targets the poor. The prosecution will take case to trial, even without merit. Wasting tax payers dollars and destroying families.
The DUI and Drug court is also a revenue producing court set up for failure for the defendant, and is not concerned about rehab, but money. I have a pending case from 2013 and there is no evidence or witnesses, so the prosecution has maliciously subpoena my minor children with intent to coheres a guilty plea, even though Dr. and teacher have written letters that this would cause my children harm.
All my rights have been violated and my complaints to court have been ignored.
We, the residents of Hall County, Georgia request a full investigation of the Hall County Courts, in Georgia.
The county profits from probation and mass incarceration, and are tearing apart families.
Give me Liberty of give me Death, is How our country was founded, but greed and lack of courts' accountability have oppressed and abused its people and the court does not acknowledge the constitution any more.
