A young girl was filmed throwing six collie-type puppies into a
river is to be let off as she is "too young to be charged for
cruelty". If she had have murdered a human she would not
have been let off, no matter how young she was. But
because she was drowning puppies, she is to be let off. But
animals have feelings too! They don't deserve to be drowned
anymore than children do.
We, the undersigned, call upon the RSPCA to prosecute this
girl, regarless of her age, and make sure that the puppies will
be well-looked after, happy and in a loving home for the rest
of their lives.
