I, the undersigned, demand a judicial inquiry into the Vancouver Police Department internal investigation of complaints of police misconduct. I believe the public has the right to an unbiased complaint process. The police must be held accountable for any misconduct and subjected to the same penalties of the laws they are sworn to enforce.
