On May 6, 2003, Oscar Stephen III (TDCJ ID Number 00706844) was granted a review before Texas Department Of Criminal Justice. As a result of this review, he has been granted permission to come before the board and state his case for possible release.

Initially I had become emaciated with disdain to learn he had even been given such a privilege.

In one heinous act, Oscar Stephen III took my mother's life with a blatant disregard for human frailty. Please join me in preventing Oscar Stephen III from ever being granted the honor of walking our streets again. Thank you in advance for your support.
