Preserving Families: demand a coronial inquiry into the actions of DOCS

As most of us are aware, people with good intentions created a system which, on paper, is dedicated to doing what is in the best interest of the child.
Through the years, the system has become more and more powerful, and as Lord Acton said "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely".
A system which was initially designed to protect children, and presumably preserve families, when possible, now uses veiled threats, open threats, intimidation and altered records to support their view.
Anyone reading this could lose their children. It does not matter if you are guilty or innocent, male, or female.
If you are accused of something by anyone, and "The Department" decides it is true, actual truth or innocence is irrelevant.
We, the undersigned, call on the Minister, the state and local members of government and the people of NSW to demand a coronial inquiry into the actions of "The Department" (aka DOCS), in order to prevent families from being torn apart, and children being damaged by a governmental body who is supposedly acting in the "Best Interest of the Child".
