Real Estate Professionals who subscribe to the Metrolist Inc. multiple listing system (MLS) do not currently have the ability to upload branded photos of the homes they and their firm represent.
In the rapidly changing online landscape in the real estate industry branded listing photos are a important benefit to the agents and the firms whom they represent.
These benefits include but are not limited to, increase brand awareness for the agent and the firm, increased transparency for the consumer, and proper attribution back to the source of information.
We, the undersigned, request that Metrolist Inc. make a policy change to allow their customers to brand their listing photos with the following information: company logo, agent name, tag line, email address, and contact information such as telephone number.
