Hello Everyone!
So the title must be precise enough not to have to make this explanation too long,,.
Malta is one of the only countries that does not let Maltese Citizen adults (18+ age) into Casino. It is understandable that it could create a gambling habit if it is removed but unlike all the other games in a casino, Poker is not a gambling game of luck but rather of skill where many could find a career in this. Creating a few jobs such as mental coaches, strategy coaches and a few more. but the point of this is that not of creating jobs but of letting Adults follow their passion.
It's funny enough that at 17 years of age you can be drinking and smoking and then at 25 you can finally enter a casino. I understand that young adults shouldn't be able to play on slots and roulette and blackjack and many other games but as already mentioned poker doesn't constitute the same kind of luck the other games need.
Therefore as a final request I would like the law of entering a casino to be revised to at least letting Maltese Citizens play poker in casino tournaments.
