PLEASE HELP ME UNFREEZE KITTYCAT1267 AND LUGIA190

I need help, please!!! I believe that both my Neopets accounts have been hacked into!! Last year they froze my beloved Kittycat1267 for something I did not do, and they refuse to give it back! They say I posted something "sexually profane", which I did not. The thing I posted before it got frozen was, "I Hate Anime." I think a biased anime-loving staff member froze it. It had over 500 items, and 2 million neopoints. Lugia190 has been hacked, and they claim that I am not the "original owner." Please help me! They both had lab maps on them, and beautiful pets! My Maraquan Chomby, Cutie_75074 (look her up) is trapped inside my frozen Kittycat1267. Oh please help me!! Neopets is so0o0o0o stubborn!! I just have to get them back!! I was a great Neopian. If a newbie begged for an item in my shop, I couldn't say no. OH PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
