The proposed amendment states that under no circumstances shall accessory structures to residential zoning districts be used for the storage of commercial vehicles/equipment.

This would be detrimental to any small business electrician, contractor, landscaper, maid service, etc. living outside of city limits. This goes far beyond just Freeport. It includes all of Stephenson County.

This amendment will impose an inconvenience and cost to current business owners and send a negative message to others who may be considering locating their business in our beautiful county.

I am opposed to the current amendment due to the fact that it will affect my business, my employees and/or my customers.
