Conrad Black, a foreign national and convicted felon was allowed entry into Canada which included temporary residency in this country.
His entry into Canada represents a dual standard in our immigration policies that is not acceptable to the Canadian people.

Be it resolved that we the undersigned believe Conrad Blacks' character and background to be undesirable and that his residency in Canada does not serve as a benefit to the country.
We therefore call upon the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism to deny Conrad Black residency status of any kind in Canada and that he be deported from this country.
