Support development at Toll View, Great Casterton

We are asking for Great Casterton residents support for the planning application for our development (2016/0252/FUL).

We propose to build a new bedroom above our existing garage, a garage conversion and to complete the build of a new garage of which building works have already commenced.

We obtained planning permission for this development on 9th May 2016, however our neighbour Mr Broome of The Granary, Great Casterton had now applied for a judicial review the planning decision as he believes the planning permission was granted in error.

The planning permission may now be quashed so we will be submitting our application to the Council to try to obtain permission again and require support from Great Casterton Parish Council to enable us to get it approved for a second time.

We require Great Casterton residents to show their support that our development would not be visually intrusive within the street scene, and would not be highly visible from public viewpoints.
