Many United States citizens are being implanted and monitored and controlled with biochips, DNA chips, synthetic Biology and other forms of devices that cause pain, steal memories and intelligence for the sole purpose of subverting the human for use as a weapon against humanity.
Petition:
We the undersigned are petitioning to put and end to cruel, inhumane, and degrading treatment, to include specifically, torture and abuse, experimentation on human beings, programming, brain entrainment, implants, biochips, sythentic biology, DNA chips, electromagnetic weapons, E.L.F Generators, bioreactors, that are being used to commit spiritual warfare against unsuspecting civilians.
