My name is Mohamed Mohsin Mohamed Bafakih, and I have been in Canada since April 2013, I applied for asylum claim in June 2013, my claim was rejected in January 2014 due to changes applied in the application and I am under removal order as result of the rejection.
During my stay in Canada I have participated in multiple non-profitable organizations such as East Scarborough Store Front, Office of City of Toronto and many other activities.
Through the past few years, I’ve established strong relationships with friends, work colleagues and also I came to meet various family members who came to Canada years back, who support me in my Humanitarian and Compassionate application based on the ongoing civil war in my home country Yemen.
I am calling for your help and support in filling the fields required for this petition to be completed in order for immigration Canada to take a positive consideration towards my application.
