As our greatly malinged 37th President has been vastly misunderstood by the people of the state of Illinois and the population at large, we feel it is in the best interest of future generations to expand the general knowledge of Richard Nixon, especially in regards to American diplomacy.
We, the undersigned, to hereby request the state of Illinois for funding for additional educational opportunites for the better understanding of the 37th President of the United States, Richard Milhous Nixon.
