1. Trustee Board awarded a Human Relations Contract without membership approval to select and screen candidates for a pastoral position.
2. Developed a contract without input from membership.
3. Contract awarded was vague, without measurable goals, unable to hold HR person accountable.
4. HR failed to screen pastoral candidates, Background Check, Credit Check, knowing the candidates would have to interact with youth, as well as adults.
5. Failed to open the contract to the general public for bidding.
6. Failed to select qualified candidates.
I, as a member of the Abounding Life Church of God in Christ agree that the Trustee Board should be dissolved.
