Repeat Sex Offenders that target children should be Castrated and Confined, as they are not able to be Rehabilitated and pose a permanent risk to our children.
First Offence Sex Offenders that have committed crimes to children, shall be castrated and placed in confinement until the end of their natural lives. There is no need to risk repeat offenses.
These people are not able to be fixed and unless proper steps are taken, they will repeat offences.
