To date the recent construction in the area of 76th lane and 59th ave. has resulted in the uneven paving of the roads. Presently the pavement stops on the South corner on 59th ave and resumes again on the Eastern most half of 76th Lane, leaving the central part of the street unpaved.
The dirt roads produce an exceptional amount of dust and dirt affecting the numerous houses resting on it. Frequent rain storms produce potholes that create a hazardous roadway and cause tire damage to residents.
We, the undersigned, call on the County of Indian River to take action and pave the section of 59th Ave between 75th Street and 76th Lane.
