It is having a drastic affect on this community, as in: dust problems, no regulation of atv use on the road even though their are several small children that live on the road that could be injured with the "No Law Road".
One of the signers Has started his own business, in which the growth of could greatly affect the community or even the county, there are huge washed out areas in which are impassable. There are no Ditches or drainage to protect are houses, or property. It would also raise the tax value of all the property so in turn more revenue for Randolph co.
