Paradigm Quick Set

We, the undersigned, are not satisfied with the "improvements" to the new Quick Set Plus Infusion Set for the Paradigm Family of Insulin Pumps. Due to inherent problems in the design such as: excessive tape residue; premature peeling up of the tape; open holes to the infusion site (when disconnected)which after getting damp (from shower/bath/swimming) can trap moisture once connected again to the pump (this was not possible with the previous Quick Set due to its ability to close off and seal the infusion site from moisture) and be a cause of infection, irritation, and loosening of the tape. We find the Quick Set Plus to be inadequate and a step backward from the previous Quick Set. We would like the previous Quick Set to be available for the Paradigm family of Insulin Pumps, or for improvements to be made to the Quick Set Plus to make it at least as well made as the previous Quick Set Infusion Set.
