Complex did not open until April 2014 and closed November 2014.
We the undersigned require answers as to why we paid our ground rates in advance for 9 months use of amenities.
Then complex opened on 1st April 2014 and closed in early November 2014 giving us 7 months of use. We presume this is a oversight on your behalf and would like to hear your OFFER to redeem this OVERPAYMENT.
