Oscar Voters Who Have Not Viewed All Nominees Should Be Disqualified From Voting

We, the undersigned, feel that in order to restore credibility to the Academy and help guide it back towards relevance, Academy members should be required to view all nominees in the category in which they are voting, and that this requirement should be subject to verification.

We feel that in the absence of such a requirement, the Oscar selections of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences cannot be viewed with any validity, or as worthy of any public or professional respect.
