Have you driven past the house on the c/o Salieri Street and Verdi Boulevard and wondered what is going on with this place. It seems quite obvious that the owner has a problem with the Local Authority and thus the reason why it is in such an incomplete state.
Perhaps started the building work premature, before the final approvals were obtained? This building has been in this state for a few years now and I wonder for how long it is going to remain like this. On close inspection it can see that the workmanship of the contractors is of extreme poor quality and it appears that some of the structures are in a state of collapse. Something needs to be done about it.
Yes, I agree that the Local Authority should step in and force the owner to complete the building work or that the Local Authority should demolish the incomplete structures.
