Ohio adoption records need to be opened. More and more people are looking for biological relatives even years after they think adoption is the best way to go. I'm in this category. I think that it takes away the rights of everyone involved to close these records.
Ohio adoption records need to be opened. More and more people are looking for biological family even years after everyone thinks that adoption is the best option. Closing these records takes away a person's right to know who they are and where they came from. Also closing these records takes away a person's right to know the child they were too young to have, forced to give up, or just confused about what was right or wrong at that time. Please help those of us who want to know who we are or who their children are.
