One-child policy

By signing this petition, I cast my vote as an entity of the biggest democracy in the world, for enforcing the long-overdue law allowing only 1 child per any couple, anywhere in the country. With not only fines for more children, or illegitimate offspring, but also a straight prison-sentence of at least 5 years for both parents, leading to temporary orphan-hood for the unfortunate baby.
