This petition is simply a list of people in Canada that believe the OLG has done the wrong thing when they paid Kathryn Jones of Hamilton Ontario 50 million dollars for a LOTTO MAX ticket (1) she could not produce, (2) never knew she had bought and (3) had expired when they went out of their way to find her.

It has now come to light that her sister owns a place in Ottawa selling lottery tickets. Had she not been given the money it would have gone back into the pot and since the LOTTO MAX was already over 50 million dollars it would have added another 50 $1,000,000 max millions meaning that the rest of Canada would have a chance to buy a ticket and 50 of those people could win $1,000,000 each.

I am not saying that the OLG should take the money back but they do have the legal obligation to give the rest of us a chance at the money.

We, the undersigned, call on the OLG to fix their mistake of giving Kathryn Jones the money she did not have the right to claim by adding 50 $1,000,000 prizes to the lotto max.
