Petition Background (Preamble):
In or around July of 2001 I was in an accident in my brothers car. He did not have insurance. I recieved a ticket for no insurance. I couldn't pay for the repairs to the other vehicle. My licence were suspended. I have called a few times to try and start paying it.
The company wants a big down payment. they will not accept it in small payments. I have 6 children and can not save up the money for the down payment. I need to work to suppart my family.

I (Daniel Cardenas) am requesting that I be granted the privilege to obtain an occupational drivers licence in order to work and support my family.
