Objection for grant of building plan permission

One Mr.Ponsingh has applied for building plan permission for construction of residential apartment at Door No. New 3 Old 27, S.No.1177/1A pt & 1176/2 pt ( T.S.No.62), Shanthi Nagar Main Road, Korattur, Chennai-80, in the name and style of MM Emerald in joint venture with MS Charan Builders (P) Ltd for fraudulent documents.

Mr.Ponsingh has purchased the subject land from One Mr.V.M.Chacko as a Principal and as agent. The said V.M.Chacko sold entire land measuring 0.63 cents in S.No.1176/2 pt by way of unauthorized layout to various Therefore title to the S.No.1176/2 was fraudulently executed in favour of Mr.Ponsingh by his vendor Mr.Chacko vide document No.3859/2013.

I submit that, originally One Mr.Chacko, the vendor of Mr.Ponsingh has owned lands in Korattur village in S.No’s 1177/1 for an extent of 49 Cents, in S.No.1177/2- 10 cents and in S.No.1176/2- 63 Cents acquired from his father and sold 19 cents out of 49 cents in the 1980.But suppressing the aforesaid facts he again sold the to Ponsingh 49 cents.

Therefore, in view of aforesaid facts and in circumstances, I hereby kindly request you not to grant any building plan permission without identifying the fraudulent documents from aforesaid documents and its total measurements pertaining to the village revenue records for S.No.1175 pt, S.No.1176/2 part and S.No.1177/1A Pt (T.S.No.62) of Korattur Village.
