We, the local residents, of AJ'S Auto Body & Paint formerly known as Nicks Auto Body located on 18246 Sloane Ave Object to the claims of a nuisance.
AJ's Auto Body & Paint has been serving us at this location since 1950 and has never caused problems of any type. The business has never been an inconvenience, troublesome, or an annoyance to local residents of lakewood. The business has not done anything to hurt the residents lands, tenants or hereditaments.The owners/staff of the known business has never caused emotional or physical injuries to residents.
The business has NEVER caused any Nuisance to the residents of lakewood including the following: Blocking the common driveway thereby preventing the ingress and egress of vehicles including safety and sanitation vehicles; Operating the auto body repair shop in a manner which causes excessive unreasonable and unwarranted noise; Operating the auto body repair shop after and/or before the hours 8:00 pm; Creating noxious and dangerous fumes and odors which residents smell; Placing or permitting dilapidated and junk cars on residents property; placing or permitting dilapidated and junk cars near residents property; Blocking of public sidewalks; and Failing to keep the property free from debris and rubbish.
The business is clean, quiet and the current/past owners including staff are kind, courteous and friendly.
We, the local residents, sign this petition to make it clear that AJ's Auto Body & Paint is Not an Nuisance and would like them to keep serving our community and Object to the claims of a nuisance.
