Everyone in our local neighbourhood or surrounding area needs to be fully aware of the proposed plans for the former Country Park Tavern.
There is a proposal for a secure mental residential institute - including use as a prison, young offenders institute, detention centre, secure hospital etc.
This proposal is not suitable for being situated on a family estate, and it is far too close to many of the local schools.
If you feel as concerned as I do about it, could you please sign the petition....... we really need to show how opposed we are to these plans.
We, the undersigned, are totally against the conversion of the Country Park Tavern, Heanor to a Secure mental residential institute.
