MTV was originally created as a MUSIC network. However, in recent years, the MTV network is now focused on more reality shows than music.
Its daily schedule is dominated by new reality shows or re-runs of previously recorded reality shows. For instance, TRL used to be a must-see show, but now, Real World or Tila Tequila are the biggest hits.

We, the undersigned, want music to be the focus of MTV once again.
We want Viacom, as the owner of the MTV networks, to take charge of its subsidiaries and make them stay true to their original purposes.
