We the undersigned agree the proposed development (application No. 322.2013.38294.1) should not be approved nor any component of the application be approved to operate concurrently with the existing mining operation; in particular to the hours of operation for the mining activity being unlimited.
Currently noise emission from the existing haulage route is already having a negative impact on the community and recreational vistors and tourists to Kinkuna National Park.
We agree the area and the proposed (existing) haul route is not an adequate road system and haulage trucks from the mining operation pose a risk to the community and vistors to the national park.
We also agree any future mining operation within the Coonarr and Kinkuna National Park area will have a long term detrimental impact on the regions coastal biodiversity and local flora and fauna. See Planning Assessment Report - http://goo.gl/Y4k8AB
We the undersigned request Bundaberg Regional Council not approve the proposed developement for the continued mining operation at Coonarr QLD 4670.
