There is an unfair Delivery Fee that changes with the amount of hydro usage per household. The amount changes with each bill and at times exceed the actual usage.
This is not fair, especially to low-income families!! This needs to stop! We are paying off a government bill that we did not help to accumulate and it has no end in sight.
We, the undersigned, are petitioning the Ontario Government to put a stop to the exorbitant Delivery Fees charged by Horizon Utilities to low-income families that often-times exceed the actual usage.
It is hurting many families who are placed in the position too frequently, of having to choose between paying the bill or feeding their families.
PLEASE STOP THEM FROM DESTROYING ANY MORE FAMILIES!! IF YOU ARE SOMEONE OR KNOWS SOMEONE WHO AGREES WITH THIS STATEMENT, YOU MUST SIGN THIS PETITION!!
Let's get this to stop sooner than later!!
