It has come to our attention that several required uniform shirts in the district have been falling apart.
We as Parents/Guardians are required to purchase these CHEAP shirts for our children to attend school at the PUBLIC school.
While we would love to see this uniform shirt policy go away, we understand why it was put in place.
Instead of these poorly made shirts that have the schools logo on it, we should be looking into a district wide color uniform policy. Get rid of school logo shirts and put in its place a solid color policy, i.e. White, Navy Blue, and Grey shirt policy. No logos of any kind on them.
This will help parents who have to move in the middle of a school yer and need to transfer their child/ren to a new school; thus having to by new school uniform shirts. With a solid color uniform students will be able to have better quality shirts for school that will not fall apart after one wash.
