Mr. Geggory always said that Houston education center follows the Student Handbook and everything in it.
In the student Handbook, it states "For safety purposes, the district permits students to possess personal mobile telephones;" which mean we can have are cell phones with us.
We understand that you are trying to eliminate the cell phone issue at Houston Education Center, but not everyone is a problem. Many students didn't use there cell phone during class.
Not everyone should be punished for others using their cell phones during class.
