The two infamous Nissan Skylines R33 and R34 have been kept out of America due to emissions, and other various reasons submitted by the NHTSA.
What this petition is asking is that the R33 and R34 be allowed into America easily and without going through the extreme hassle of getting the two cars up to spec within a 120 days, and without spending the large amounts of money to get them up to spec.
