As residents, friends, visitors, neighbors and/or property owners of/in Nelson County, we have grave concerns about the effect of Dominion's proposed fracked-gas pipeline on the beauty, safety, health, and prosperity of our County and beyond.
We believe that we need more information and answers to make the best choice for our community, BEFORE Dominion starts the regulatory wheels turning.
We the undersigned residents, friends, visitors, neighbors and/or property owners of/in Nelson County request that the Nelson County Board of Supervisors convene a special public hearing on the Southeast Reliability Project and request that Dominion Transmission, Inc. make a presentation of their pipeline project and it's impact on the county.
The meeting must allow questions from the public and Dominion shall provide answers to the questions either immediately or within two weeks of the meeting in a written letter to the Board of Supervisors who are then responsible for disseminating the information to the public.
