Sovereignty belongs to the people and whatever the people says is final. It should not be subject to debate by their servants to say if the will accept or not.
We need a constitution that will read "WE THE PEOPLE OF NIGERIA" and we will all say "we actually said it".
We the people of Nigeria wish to thank Mr. President for listening to us and convoking a national conference.
We wish to say that we want the outcome of the conference to be subjected to referendum, where "We the people of Nigeria" will vote it to become law and not subjecting it to the national assembly for any consideration.
