Petition Background (Preamble):
MTN was among the 1st telecoms service providers to commence business in Nigeria, the network therefore has over a million subscribers.
At the commencement of their operation, they were relatively good but as their subscriber base grew, MTN started taking consumers for granted.
During the resent Easter holiday, MTN was deducting money from subscribers illegally, their tariffs are the highest compared to other telecoms service providers all over the world and dropped calls are a problem for MTN subscribers (which you are charged), amongst other costumer theft.
