Ms. Dill is the true meaning of the word, teacher. The biggest factor that differentiates between 10 average teachers and 1 great teacher is the love for teaching. Ms. Dill contains that passion.
She has been a remarkable teacher and role model at Dillard School for 6 years. She has truly inspired the second grade students as well as parents! Ms. Dill has molded her students from nervous little barely second graders into confident young, almost third graders. She connects with her students, feels the pulse of her classroom and adjusts her teaching style accordingly and always maintains a high level of interest in whatever is being taught for her students.
A good teacher is one who remains a student from within, Ms. Dill loves playing spelling games like scrabble on her free time. That passion overflows into her teaching style. Ms. Dill always has a positive, motivating, compassionate demeanor. And anytime a student comes to school without a snack, she generously provides them a snack that she brings from home.
Ms. Dill plays an important role in our children’s development, and what a great role model she is!
