Hush Showgirls has, on numerous occasions since opening, proven detrimental to business at Koreana Restaurant (a family-owned and family-oriented business). The business in question has repeatedly interfered with the restaurant experience through excessive noise and harassment after being asked to stop time and time again.
Hush has even gone so far as to attempt to file false police reports for harassment on the owner of Koreana because he simply asked them to keep the noise at a reasonable level during business hours. The harassment is unquestionably the action of Hush and not that of Koreana.
We, the undersigned, call on the Municipal Court of Toledo, Ohio to mandate the relocation of Hush Showgirls to a venue no less than 500 feet from any family-oriented business.
