Create More Efficient Traffic Patterns in Washington D.C.

In order to relieve some of the traffic congestion in the D.C. area, we, the undersigned, ask that the Department of Transportation should do the following:

(1) Create an abundance of free parking available at metro stops.

(2) Widen route 66 from Washington D.C. to Manassas.

(3) Widen route I-95 from Washington D.C. to Dale City.

(4) The H.O.V. restriction on route 66 should extend beyond the city of Fairfax.

(5) H.O.V. restrictions should be created during rush hour for the national beltway.
