This petition is a draft and guide for anybody who feels their rights have been
breached in any way. And is mainly to do with beneficiaries, past and present who
feel they have been mistreated in anyway by The Ministry Of Social Development
New Zealand.
This has come about on my behalf, because this has been going on for years. Where a Work Broker had put some information on my file and I was refused this information in 2008 by a work and income office. And in 2015 a friend was refused a bond because their disability was knocked and discriminated upon, and didn't owe any debit by a work and income office. In 2016 a friend was granted full bond and owed a lot of debt to the crown. I have heard a lot of stories and I am only interested in genuine cases. This provides and outlet for people to speak out and stand up for their rights.
Everybody has rights to live in a safe environment.
This petition will rely on numbers people power, and no personal information or
names of people or departments will be given so as not to implement a breach of
privacy.
