Many people have been mis-sold lodges and caravans by unscrupulous holiday home site owners telling them they can live in their home all year or up to 11 months of the year only to find they are breaking council regulations and have been lied to.
We the undersigned call on Cornwall County Council to stop the mis-selling of holiday lodges and caravans by unscrupulous site owners who wrongly tell unsuspecting buyers that they are allowed to stay in the holiday home for up to 11 months a year, only later to find they are contravening Council regulations and risk eviction.
